Tripod Headstand to Flying Crow (Galavasana)

Before attempting this advanced sequence, you must be proficient at both tripod headstand and flying crow, also known as galavasana.  When linked together, this transition inspires focus, patience, and precision.  It requires upper body strength, open hips, and a powerful core.

Remember, advanced poses are not done as performance. Instead, the goal is to help yogis sharpen the mind, even in the midst of a challenge. Good luck!
