Special Announcement: I’m Teaching at Fenway Park

Under the lights at Fenway Park.

Under the lights at Fenway Park.

When I was asked to teach yoga at Fenway Park on September 23rd, I really had to think about it.

I’m kidding.  I didn’t have to think about it at all.  It was like someone asking if I wanted a small, adorable puppy that comes with Gwyneth Paltrow’s closet.  Answer: YES.

Yoga and Red Sox fans who want to do yoga on the field at Fenway Park can register at Fenway Yoga for the special event to benefit the Boston Red Sox Foundation.  The event is co-sponsored by Poland Springs Water and Equinox.  Please be advised that you should sign up faster than Dave Roberts stealing second base in 2004 (this is fan speak for: fast as hell and leading to one of the most memorable plays in all of baseball).  Here it is… I simply LOVE how Roberts explains the moment in his own words. Totally Zen. Check it out:

I can already tell you that teaching on this storied field is going to be one of my most memorable yoga experiences.  I think I can safely say the same for my friend and one-time co-leader of Boston’s PURE Yoga Teacher Training program, Marc McDonald.  Marc will teach a class in the morning; I’ll teach in the evening.  (OMG, do you think they’ll turn on the ballpark lights?  I might freak out).

We’re on deck, OGs.  Sign up now, and I can’t wait to see you at Fenway!
