1/2 c. Old-Fashioned Oats
2 egg whites
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1 tbs. sugar
Blend in a blender. Make lowfat, high protein, fiber-rich fabulous pancakes. Children will love them, as well as non yogi boyfriends, girlfriends, spouses, and hungover housemates.
