Please join us for the launch event to celebrate the publication of Rebecca’s new book Still Life: The Myths and Magic of Mindful Living and experience some of its wisdom and practice in person. Part meet-the-author part meditation class, this fun and focused evening will be a balm for your bookish heart.

This event will be presented in-person and online. If you'd like to join in the livestream portion, please register for an online ticket and you'll receive the streaming info the day of the event.

If you're attending at Trident Booksellers, you'll need either a General Admission Ticket (no book included and non-prime seating) or VIP Ticket (includes a copy of the book and guaranteed seating up front)!

the moment more fully. When used together, these two mindfulness practices offer an
